Other than a higher factory overclock and maybe a dual-BIOS feature that makes it easier to tweak the card's performance with the convenience of being able to revert back to the factory settings safely, there is no reason to buy a high-end GTX680. I would tell you to buy a used GTX780 instead. They are available used just about everywhere now for about $400-$450 from sellers who upgraded to the GTX780Ti that just came out two weeks ago. FYI, all GTX780 and GTX780Ti cards have only 3GB DDR5, so if you require a memory buffer greater than that, you only have one option from Nvidia; GeForce Titan 6GB DDR5.

I am going to frys electronics today to pick up a new card. i just need something that will net me as much fps as i can get. i have a game id like to play super sampled and it runs perfectly but it only nets me 15-20 frames at best. i was wondering the best way to go bout upgrading. or SLI. please note i leave in 3 hours lol
by super sampling i mean confined within a 1920-1080 resolution but with 5760x 3*** sharpeness.
also if i were to sell this gtx 680 how much would i sell it for?
