best graphics card below 10000

bottleneck means some of the high performing components will be under utilized because of one low performing component. The CPU is good, so u will need a good GPU also to be balanced, else the max performance of the i5 won't be used at all. Simply speaking the i5 will be a waste

Usually in a gaming build the cost of GPU is twice the cost of CPU

U will need atleast a GTX 660 to go with the i5
