if crossfire/sli add microstuttering

I have three PC's all Crossfire/SLI and have not had any problems with microstutter. I have a FX-8120 with a Crossfire HD 7950 a FX-8350 with a Crossfire HD 7970 and a i5 3570K with a SLI GTX670 no problems on any of them so I do not think microstutter is a problem at all. And they all have great gaming performance.
