Put all your parts into uk.pcpartpicker.com and gives you an estimated wattage in the top right! :D

Should be enough as far as my knowledge goes.

Average consumption of a GTX 780 is around 350w.

You should be fine. However dont plan on SLI with that PSU its not enough when and if you want to OC both cards.

Also if you dont plan on doing SLI you could even drop the PSU wattage to 650.

Ignore Idle power consumption you want to know the amount under load.

Measured power consumption single GeForce GTX 780

System in IDLE = 119W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 340W
Difference (GPU load) = 221W
Add average IDLE wattage ~10W
Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 231 Watts
