I live in south asia and most of the gaming servers are in europe or usa and i get 180-250 ping on eu and 300-400 ping(unplayable) on usa. I dont know what router do so pls tell me if a router can solve this issue or any other method to reduce ping

Nope, what you experience is latency. This delay (slowness) is a function of your distance from the servers routing your connection and the quality of those servers. In short all the parameters are external to your system and there is nothing you can do to modify them.

make sure you have not shared your connection to others that decrease connection speed try playing connecting Ethernet, that's right the more the distance is between you and server the more the ping loses try connecting servers near you with in your city.you can find servers on
www.gametracker.com and www.game-monitor.com

Agreed a wired connection will definitely lower your ping times on your end plugging into your router directly is always faster

You need to make an Ethernet cable connection to know for sure that the problem is not with your wireless and is with the connection to the ISP or beyond.
