Running AutoCad 2004 on Windows 7

Why wont AutoCad 2004 run in a Virtual machine running Windows XP on a PC running Windows 7 Home? Tried everything I know.

The virtual machine is Oracle's Virtualbox

You will have to provide more information. What is not working exactly? Not able to install? Or do you get any specific error message? Also, did you try to search Google about this, it could be a known issue?

Hi, Yes it installs but attempting to open it doesnt work. Nothing happens. That's either by selecting 'Run' or by double clicking the icon. There is no error message. I've searched Google and the MS site. It's a known problem but no one so far as I've looked has found a solution. I've also tried to run it in XP Compatibility mode in W7 but that has the same result.
