Just ran in to quite an issue. I was playing WoW, and everything just started acting weird. Sound effects stopped... everything was odd. I finished the dungeon and then exit wow to a huge error message. I can't remember what it said. The computer then seemed like it had no files at all and blue screened... and shut off. I then started it up... selected my SSD to boot from, and it basically says no OS installed... and gives me steps to install one. Odd right? I then went into bios and noticed it actually didn't detect my SSD. Ok... got a windows 7 disk to reformat... the ssd showed up but it said it had 0mb memory, and the location was unknown? It gets weirder. I unplugged my ssd and switched the SATA II cable to another one I had laying around. It now recognizes the SSD, but still says the OS isn't installed. I reformatted it, but the windows disk is corrupted so it won't install *facepalm*. So, I know i need a new disk to install from... BUT... What the hell happened and why? Thanks!

p.s. It's a Corsair f120 120gb SSD. I should also mention that I can boot perfectly fine from my HD.

Get a free copy of Win 7 ISO to make a new installation disk here: http://www.microsoftstore.com/store/msusa/html/pbPage.H...

Good luck!
