Hey i want to overclock my motherboard but i am a noob in overclocking so i need some help.

my specs:

MotherBoard: asus P5QLD PRO (LGA775)
Processor: Intel Core2 Quad cpu Q9300 @ 2.50GHz
RAM: 8.00Gb
OS: Win 7 home premium
Powersupply: 2.2V, 550W
GraphicsCard: GeForce GTX 260 (upgrading that soon)

I got Wather and air cooling. And on the Mother Board it says ''Stack cool 3''
