need new q-flash utility to load f4 bios for ga-x79s-up5-wifi motherboard

I had a look but cannot find the q-flash utility , all I found was the latest bios update F4 but as I mentioned the q-flash do not want to update and ask for the latest q-flash utility to, load the new bios update.
