My notebook updated on Tuesday, started it up yesterday to find a grey screen. No power restart helped. Contacted HP to be informed that I was 9 hours out of warranty( side issue with consumer law etc). It seems, after research, that my AMD Radeon Hybrid is not working and conflicting with the Intel 3000HD. As I am unable to perform any function as I can't see any screen item. I am at a loss how to repair it. Any ideas?
