1) Back up any data you want to save from your 2TB hard drive.
2) Install the 2TB hard drive into the system with the new motherboard.
3) Insert your Windows 7 DVD into your DVD Drive (see note below).
4) Boot system from the DVD
5) During installation, format the 2TB drive, clear all partitions, recreate partitions if needed, and install.
Note: Windows 7 licenses are tied to the motherboard it was originally installed on. If this is a new motherboard inserted into an older system. You will need a new Windows 7 license (~$100).

As long as you're using different, legitimate product keys for each computer, use can use the same OS installation disk as many times as you want. You just need to be using different product keys for each installation.
