What games are you wanting to play? I know a lot of the 560 models were 1GB, so steer clear of those. You'll want at least 2GB of vram for modern gaming. If you're looking for a good budget option, I'd recommend:

GTX 650 Ti BOOST: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
or HD 7870: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?nm_mc=AFC-Te....

Both are in the $130 range and would be a step up from the 560.

For med-high settings @ 1080p, I recommend at least an HD 7850, GTX 650 Ti Boost, or GTX 570.

For Ultra/max, you'll need at least an HD 7950 or GTX 670. the 760 will also do, but the 670 is more powerful for the same price (and is being rebranded as the 760 Ti for a higher price than the 670 is now)

The latter cards will be slightly bottlenecked by your CPU, but not to a large degree.

The 560 is certainly capable of 1080p gaming at good framerates and can still turn a bit of eye candy on as well, we'll call it low-med. If your budget only allows for a card at this price range, I recommend the cheaper and more powerful HD 7790.

MSI Radeon HD 7790 1GB Video Card ($79.99 @ Newegg)

1gb is enough for gaming at 1080p with the lower end cards, they will run out of GPU horsepower before they need the extra RAM here.
