this is my score, ive been getting v low fps in all games, 40 bf3, 30 crysis 3 ect and i was wondering if this score is similar to others with this set-up.
if possible could someone diagnose my issue, i get massive fps drops when looking at fires, explosions, lots of people, large views ect. my fps used to be normal a few months ago but has gradually got worse.

Thank you for your time.

Sometimes a bios issue can cause problems with the Pci-e slots and video cards. I had an issue last year where a Gigabyte board with three way SLI started having problems with games crashing. This was very high end components so games should not be crashing and video cards should not have trouble working. I ended up with all three video cards not working and sending the motherboard to the manufacturer for diagnosis since I couldn't figure out what was wrong. They told me it was a defective bios chip , it was replaced and the board worked fine as did the video cards.
This may not be your issue but it shows that there are a number of things that can affect the video card and it's performance. Yes your card was working fine a few months ago but things can go defective at any time or a bios file can get corrupted for some unexplained reason.
If your knowlegable with updating the bios then give it a shot to see if that helps, you don't necessarily have to go for the latest file but one just above what you have just to see if that helps.

Unfortunately there has been no difference after bios flash.

I also neglected to mention that while running intensive programs windows tells me to change colour scheme to basic. ive been told that this is caused by an increased use in video memory. however the gtx 690 comes with 4 gb of video memory.
