Is there any way to transfer saved game data from the PC to the Xbox?

I have been having problems with the PC version of Far Cry 3 and it appears that the PC version is known for these problems. If I was to buy the Xbox version would I be able to get my saved game back?

You probably can transfer the save to the xbox 360. However it probably won't work because they are on different platforms. The only way I know of doing this is against Xbox's "Terms Of Use." Which means if you do it don't be telling xbox support about it or asking for help otherwise they may suspend or ban you from xbox live. For Example if you just take an xbox file and put it into a program to transfer it to your pc's desktop. That is technically against their terms of use.

So you can probably do the transfer and as long as you don't tell xbox what you were doing it will be fine. The worst that could happen is that the game save doesn't work.
