i am really sorry because it says on the computer that i have an inter(R) HD Graphics Family and on the side of the computer it says nvidia GeForce GT645 up to 4095MB

What you can try is to remove the video card and run on the internal Intel HD graphics accelerator. To see if with a different video option you still get lagging. You can also try different settings and resolution to see if there is a setting where you can eliminate the lagging.

How long have you had this computer and is this a recent change in your gaming performance. Were you able to play these games with this computer previously without lagging. What are your current game settings, medium, high , very high or ultra?

im just stuck i have no idea what im suposed to do it says that ive had a nvidia and have intel and i just do not understand and i cant update intel and bla bla bla just frustraiting and i have not changed anything inside the computer all orignal that's what confuses me

There are things that you can try if you know your way around the inside of a computer. First thing is to shut it down and unplug it from the wall socket, then take the the cmos battery out (round silver dollar shaped battery) then take the video card and remove it from the Pci-e slot. Push and hold the power button for 10 sec and then put the battery back and the video card making sure that it is seated properly in the slot if the video card requires a power connector make sure that it's connected. Then plug the Pc back into the wall socket and start it up and see if that made any difference.

i also tryed assassins creed 4 today and had like around 60 fps when the company logos and the little cutscene when the ac4 logo comes up then as soon as i get to the menu when i can move my cursor it lowers to 2-8. also seems like there is no defferent at all when im playing with or without the video card

Trouble shooting a computer is hard enough but doing it through a forum post is even harder because you don't see the computer and get hands on to check things out. It then requires a good level of knowledge from the person with the problem to work with those trying to help through the forum.

The way to trouble shoot is to take one thing at a time an prove that it isn't the problem or is contributing to it. Sine you have removed the video card and are still having issues even with the integrated graphics chip on the motherboard leads me to believe that the motherboard or something else is causing your lag. The next thing you should try is to verify that your ram is working properly, download and run Memtest and that will test your ram , also if you have two or more sticks of ram remove them and one at a time test with one in the slot closest to the CPU socket. Your specs say 10gb and that's an odd amount, two 3gb and a 4gb or two 4gb and a 2gb, I'm not sure what you have.

The objective here is to eliminate components till your left with the one that causeing the issue so it can be fixed or replaced.

You really need to look at the power supply for some specs of it the Liteon 1221 is the DVD drive and not the PSU.
