There are several video cards that would work in your Pc with the components that you have. The i5 is a good CPU and 8gb of ram is also good , however the thing that is holding back on some really good video cards is the 300w power supply. This brings the level of video cards way down from what could be used.

If you want a higher end card then this one then you may have to upgrade your power supply to around 500w , then you could look at a GTX 650ti , GTX 660 OR GTX 660Ti.

Well that would depend on what you want to get for a video card. Your current integrated video is not that good when compared to any discrete video card so eve the GTX 450 would be an improvement. But it's your option with what you want to do.

Surprisingly the integrated graphics I have has played almost ever game Ive thrown at it in lowest settings. I never thought Battlefield 3, Tomb Raider 2013, or Assassin's creed 4 would work with it but it works like a charm. Im looking to get enough power to at least run most games at highest or high settings. Tired of screen tear and the like.
