PSU Fatal1ty 750w for FX-8320 and R9 280X Crossfire?

I would like to get these to cards, I don't overclock and I don't mind having power saving options turned on in bios for CPU like cool and quiet

Yes it is, I run 8350 at 4.6ghz and has 2x 7970's running under the same PSU with no issues.

wow i though it will be cutting it close even without OC, how did u connect cards on PSU, did u use V3 rail for one and V4 for other?

Your PSU should supply you with PCIe power cables (+12V).
