That seems a bit warm to me for an aftermarket cooler, especially a decent one. I would recommend remounting the heat sink and ensuring that adequate contact is being made. You may have used too much thermal compound, or too little. The "grain of rice" size bead is the rule of thumb. You do not need to cover the whole integrated heat spreader anymore...that is old school. Modern CPU's have a slightly concave/convex surface (and so do the aftermarket coolers) to allow greater contact in the center. The way these CPU's are being made now, it is most important that the center is as close to the heat sink as possible, which means using less thermal compound so that the layer is thinner.

It could also be that your motherboard is running way more voltage than it needs to. Try manually overclocking and undervolting. Follow this excellent guide:
