Those temperatures normal for i5 4670K Haswell ?

Still at stock value.

Temps-

Idle ; 27avg

Stretch Test ; 70avg

Do you ahve any OC on it? they aren't terrible, but not great, If that is stock, I would reapply thermal paste and check installation. Those temps won't harm anything but doesn't leave you with much OC headroom.

Yep cpu is still at stock. I just reapplied thermal paste yesterday.

That's well within the realm of normal, especially if you are using the stock cooler.

He's not thats why I asked... think you may have used too much, or too little paste during install, or left it a bit too loose. I'd try again those are very average numbers for the stock cooler.

I just applied more than thin ammount on the middle area and i didnt apply on corners. Whats your best method to apply thermal paste for best temperatures?

I think that the temps OP is getting are normal. I don't think that reapplying thermal paste will improve the temps any more.
