i5 4570 bottleneck hd 7990

Solution
You're CPU is a next-gen cpu compared to the 3570k. That graphics card is enthusiast and the CPU is entry-level enthusiast. The 7990 will utilize all of the cores and threads efficiently. Taking in mind that CPU can reach very high frequencies.

with the CPU not overclocked, I believe the CPU would reach 100% usage before the GPU in BF4. So in certain circumstances, it would bottleneck. But in practise, it wouldn't be an issue.

eg, in BF4 my I5-3570k @ 4.4GHz often hits 100% whilst HD7950 crossfire are only at 50%. So the CPU is essentially bottlenecking. Is it a problem? No, because I get a consistent 60fps and this is the only game which I've seen the CPU go to 100%.
