Where to put money cpu or mb?

Always CPU>Mobo.... if you're not going to OC then don't buy a K processor and save yourself 20 bucks, also don't buy a Z chipset for Intel, or 990FX or 99X chipset for amd. use one of the others and save a few more bucks.
