Internet Explorer.vbs: Virus attached

I have a virus attached to Internet Explorer.vbs. It's in the chest right now. Do I need this file and is there some way I can just grab a clean version of this file off my Windows 8 OEM disk?

Avast names this virus as VBS:Agent-AW [trj].
