I built the system when the sandy bridge came out, I am currently downloading the nvidia 331.82. I recently switched SSD drives from a crucial 64 to a 840 Pro and re-installed windows then with no issues. Also with my Old SSD I overclocked to 4 g no problem after the fresh windows install i overclocked it again and it was fine for months then Pow PC would not boot I had to re-install again so it works but its slow and It is now at the default 3.4 ghz
My build is a Asus P8P67D the ram is Geil the graphic card is a EVGA 560 Ti I want to buy a 770 but not until i fix this PC. Checking core temps after staying on all day with no reboots thats a shocker they are 40C max when I was Ocing i was seeing 45 -48 c.My Power supply is a PC Pwoer & Cooling Silencer MKII 750. Any help would be appreciated.

No to the bios that makes me nervous and have not touch the firmware. Yes the problem is repeatable.
