Purchasing the Corsair CX600M Today, Should I Buy?

I've put looking to put together a build over the last couple weeks, and finally feel like I've got most of it down. The only part I really can't get a handle on is the PSU (no hierarchy charts, lots of misinformation regarding specs, etc). So I appeal to the PSU experts out there, is the Corsair CX600M right for this build?

I feel like I've asked a thousand different variations of this question before, so if you've already seen it I apologize. But it seems every time I ask I get a different answer, so I thought I might as well see if I can get some kind of consensus.

I'm looking for a great value PSU, but I'm also looking for a good quality (I don't want a substandard PSU causing damage to my pc). About $60-70 is my max, but I'd like to stay a few bucks cheaper if possible. Efficiency isn't as important, but I want at least Bronze standard.

Thanks for any answers, I'd really appreciate if someone could shed some light on PSUs in general. They just seem to be such an enigma.

But is it decent quality? I don't want to nitpick at my PSU too much, but I am a little concerned about damage being done to my pc because of choosing a poor quality option.

My only other concern, is it enough headroom? Otherwise I really do like the 600M, I just wish there was an easier way to compare PSU specs.

This was actually my PSU in one of my build variations, but was told that this or this were better options at a slightly cheaper price. I'm not entirely sure, but the specs seem to back that up (EVGA seems to have a good reputation, and PCP&C is just rebranded SeaSonic).

Would you suggest any of these over the 600M? Are any of them worth the extra $20-25?

I think I may go with this one. I like the SeaSonic as well, but it's maybe a little more expensive than I'd really like. I'll think about it, maybe look at some reviews.
