Some Specs:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730
Win7(64bit)
Intel i7
Asus notebook

I've been trying to update my amd drivers from 11.9 to 13.9+ so BF4 and other games can run properly so I downloaded the newest catalyst suite but after rebooting it didn't change the error that came up saying I had 11.9 when trying to run BF4. So I uninstalled all AMD drivers using the catalyst install manager which made my computer graphics look like donkey ass and then reinstalled the latest catalyst suite, but it hasn't taken effect to my knowledge and there's no catalyst control center like I'd usually had. I'm really clueless when it comes to this stuff and the complex guides aren't helping to be honest. Any ideas ? Thanks in advance. xoxo

Solution
bf4 wont run properly on that regardless of drivers, its too slow.
What you should do is download "driversweeper" and run it to remove all AMD/ATI drivers, preferably in safe mode, and reboot your pc. Go to amd's site, download the latest drivers to suit your card, install, should work.

I've used the CanYouRunIt test and it works fine just isn't optimal, i could run bf3 and several other shooters/games before. Asus btw.
I used driversweeper and deleted all AMD drivers then rebooted, downloaded the newest driver and it just won't do anything.. it says installed etc but doesn't take effect in any way.

Hi all, I am having the same issue, I have a AMD FirePro W7000, after a few months of use every time I turn off the pc all the configurations for the resolutions are lost, at the beginning a simple re-install of the drivers would do the trick but it has now come to a point when not even changing OS would fix the issue. There is a thread here http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1665904/resolution-problem-computer-sudden.html that suggest the problem is monitor. I hope we can figure out a solution soon as this is driving me crazy. Thank you all in advanced for taking your time to help us figure it out.

Hi all, just wanted to confirm that the problem was the monitor or my graphics card does not like that monitor. I tried out other monitors and resolution was fine, no issues there, I also tested my monitor on other pcs and no issues also. So I am guessing there are issues with AMD graphics cards and BenQ monitors. Hope it works for you too.
