So I own a Cyberpower Gamer Ultra 2098. The specs of the computer is on the legitreviews link:

I know I need to upgrade the stock PSU in order to upgrade the GPU.

My question is what would be recommended for a PSU and GPU? My purpose of upgrading these components is so I can play Starcraft 2 and what not on Ultra settings. So far with the stock parts that came with the computer I can run that game on medium-high settings. Please suggest parts that is compatible and/or work with the Cyberpower Gamer Ultra 2098.

The PSU I've looked at so far which was recommended in another post was this:

How many watts would I need to get for the GPU you suggest?
And/or if that isn't a good PSU what other PSU should I get?

Money is no issue for this situation, I'm willing to drop $300-400, maybe $500. IF I had more money than I do now, I would buy an I7 gaming computer.

Any suggestions would be appreciated ASAP since I'd like to purchase the parts when they're on sale for Black Friday. Thank You!

Edit: I prefer NVIDIA GPU over AMD GPU
