it run but the antec power supply one that i would not have used i would used a cosair or a seasonic rebranded unit.

I think he's suggesting an equivalent Corsair or Seasonic PSU because they are generally more reliable. I can't disagree, Seasonic has not failed me yet and I've heard great things about Corsair power supplies.

Sea sonic is a bit on the pricey side for me, but the only cosair power supply I could get is a CX-750, GS 700/600 or CX-600.
Any of these better?

the gs is a better power supply the cx is ok too.
