    Yes, the CM one comes with more fans... less money i have to spend.

    Motherboard is a meh. It seems to struggle on high load. Asus m5a97 le r2.0 would be a good replacement. If you want usb 3 header and a heat sink near the CPU, I would suggest the Gigabyte 970a-ds3p
