what is this keyboard and is it any good

Solution
If you want a quality keyboard, LEDs should be the last thing you're looking for. I would seriously recommend you save up a few more dollars and buy one with mechanical switches, you WILL NOT regret it.

Here's a nice CoolerMaster Storm with MX blues ($99)

If you want something that looks absurd (no LEDs, but crazy gamer shapes) this AZIO has MX blacks ($90)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823839012

Same as the CM above but with MX brown and on sale ($80):

Here's the best switch guide on the web:

tl;dr: Buy blues...
That is a dome style standard keyboard with backlighting and some programmable keys - nothing too special about it. What I find fascinating is that going to Agptek's web site http://www.agptek.com/ I can find no mention of keyboards... hmmm, I just don't know what to make of that

tl;dr: Buy blues if you like loud clicks that you can hear / feel, buy blacks if you want smooth, quiet keypresses (no click), buy browns if you want perfect middle ground (fairly quiet, tactile click feel when key is pressed)

If you can't afford to spend $80-$90 and NEED a keyboard right now, just buy this PoS $8 keyboard to hold you over until you can:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16823201028

Otherwise, use what you have until you can get something worth buying.
