netbook stuck in loop trying to restart to factory settings

i reset my acer aspire one 725-0687 to factory settings. now all it does is state that is preparing auto repair...then diagnosing your pc..then just keeps doing that over and over

Sounds like there might be an issue with the recovery partition the system was restored from. I would contact Acer to see about getting it repaired under warranty. They can re-apply the factory image and replace any parts that need to be replaced. If you have any data, remove the hard drive first and copy it to another storage device so you can restore it later.

What i thank its doing is trying to start from a disk instead from the internal partition
