I've never used more than 12' of tubing for a CPU, GPU and two rads, normally less than 10' but it really depends upon how you want to run your loop. As an aside, it seems to me that running dye in colored tubing is slightly redundant, I'm thinking orange through blue will simply look black (I don't know for sure though) - why not use clear tubes with the blue http://www.dazmode.com/store/product/mayhems_pastel_-_bluberry_concentrate/ and the D5 res

Im pretty sure that im using compression fittings.

With compression fittings, you're limited to the size of the fitting for tubing size. You'll want to look at barbs or compression fittings (which you'll need for the new rad anyway) along with tubing.
Was the watercooling purchased as a kit, if so which kit, from what source

It was not a kit.
