Is my build good enough for newest games?

3 years ago i got a new computer, and back then it was kinda cool. My build was:
MB Foxconn G41MXE Series
CPU Intel Pentium Dual Core 3.2 GHz (oc to 3.5 GHz)
GPU nVidia GeForce GT220 1GB memory
RAM 2x800MHz , 2GB

Now what i got is:
MB Gigabyte H81M-S2PV
CPU Core i5-4570 Quad 3.2GHz LGA 1150
GPU nVidia GeForce GTX650 2GB
RAM 2xDIMM 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Kingston HyperX XMP Beast

Is the second build good for gaming? And also for overclocking?

the h81 and 4570 is a locked cpu and mb they wont overclock.
the 650 is a good mid range gpu for gaming.
on intel new cpu make sure the ram is rated for 1.5v at 1600 speed. if it 1.65 it the older ram. look at gkill aires.
