Solution
Okay, for the CPU I recommend the fx 6300 with an Asus m5a97 r2.0 one of the best budget motherboards on the market. The RAM you have selected is fine. For a PSU i recommend at leaf 550 watt unit form Corsair or Seasonic, PSU are not he things to go cheap on, they provide power to your system and if it breaks or something goes wrong your whole system is screwed. For BF4 and other games a 650 ti is alright, though I recommend spending a little more on a GTX 660. For your monitor make sure it has an HDMI input (it should but you should just double check). For a hard drive a WD blue will offer more performance i.e. faster read/write.
