Air Cooler heatsink for Haswell i7 4770k (india)

I have a i7 4770k which I have overclocked to 4.2Ghz on stock cooling which is around 40C under idle conditions. However, on Prime95 it exceeded 88C and I had to shut down the computer. On XTU Cpu dampens on around 77C thus not letting me utilize the CPU. It's fitted on a intel DB85FL motherboard in a Cabinet Cooler Master KN300 with 3 exhaust and 2 inlet fan at full RPM always. Noise is not a problem. I do a lot of work from gaming to automative designing. The GPU is a 560 ti AMP if it makes any difference.
My budget is $50 or rupees 3000 max including a thermal paste. Here are some options for me kindly select one for me. Thank you. this is my first time on this site so sorry if i made some mistake.

all three of them come with their own cooling paste in a syringe,that should be good for a couple times of applying.
