Why is this R9 280X So cheap compared to the rest?

Well you might want to run the card a while first and see how it performs temperature wise. I've heard that these newer cards can run quite hot. So just to be safe rather just monitor that first and see how it goes

$100 Is a good save can i just go into Amd overclock setting things like i do with my 5870 and turn it up high?
