Guys kindly help me . . Im planning to build a new Budget Gaming PC what parts would you suggest if this parts are not correct . . On mother board please pick the best mother board for a budget gaming PC, Im not planning to over clock . .

If you're not planning to overclock you'll be fine with a 970 board. The M5A97 R2.0 (have one myself) is good, doesn't have features such as SLI or crossfire though. I'm sure the ASRocks would be fine too. CPU is great, I'd go for 2x4gb of RAM if possible, Storage is fine, GPU is fine, case is fine, PSU seems ok ( http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/2011/09/13/what-is-the-best-400-599w-psu/3 ).

Thank you for taking time to answer si JOOK-D . . Im going with that ram because im planning to buy another 4gb stick in the future. . Is it okay or should i just pick 2pcs 2gb 1600 ram and not upgrade in the future

Dual channel will perform significantly better than Single Channel memory, so I'd say 2 sticks.

I guess it depends how soon you're planning to get that second 4gb stick, your decision.

Probably a month or two? is 4gb enough for running games like GTA IV-V, Latest COD etc.

Well GTA IV is terribly optimised for PC, same goes for CoD Ghosts. People with extremely high end rigs get low FPS, and some people with low-end rigs get high FPS. It's odd.

As for the RAM, dual channel gives about 10-15% more performance than single channel. I think I'd just get the 1 stick of 4GB and upgrade to 2 sticks later.

My problem as well is i cant seem to find any 1600 2gb stick in my country which is Philippines, That's why im just picking 4gb single 1600 stick . . I can only find 1333 2gb stick here . . So do you think 4gb single stick is the best solution or should i get the 1333 2gbx2? . . Thank you very much for responding you're alot of help . . Sorry for my grammar as well

Yeah, 4gb single stick 1600 is the best option for you if you can get another 4gb stick of the same RAM later.
