Hi guys, currently on the fence about making the transition into PC gaming. I'm really big on battlefield and clocked about 500 hours on BF3 for 360.I'd like to be able to run BF4 on the highest settings possible whilst maintaining 60 frames.

I know next to nothing about product compatibility and put the build below together from Logical Increments website.

I'd really appreciate any feedback/recommendations.

I'm looking to spend £1500< and that includes all my peripherals.

Here's the build:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core Retail CPU
RAM: Crucial 8GB (2x 4GB) Ballistix Tactical Memory
GPU: Sapphire R9 280X 3GB Toxic 1100MHz GDDR 5 PCI Express Graphics Card
SSD: Kingston Technology 120GB Solid State Drive 2.5-inch V300 SATA 3 with Adapter
HDD: Samsung/Seagate 1TB 2.5 inch 5400RPM SATA II Hard Disk Drive
PSU: XFX PRO750W Core Edition 80+ Bronze ATX 750 Energy Star Certified Power Supply
FAN: Thermaltake Frio CPU Cooler
MOBO: MSI Z87-GD65-GAMING ATX Motherboard

I'm not sure what case to get either...

Thanks in advance

The build looks good, with the exception of the HDD. it looks like you are getting a HDD meant for a laptop, as it is only 2.5 inches and only 5400 RPM. I would think that you could get a 3.5 inch, 7200 RPM, 1 TB drive for the same or lower price. The 7200 RPM would be a tremendous increase in performance.

Cases are a very personal matter. find one that you like the looks of. there are several different styles and prices available.
