So problem goes like this, if i try to download anything from anywhere the internet connection stops and I have to reset the switch for it to work again but if I continue to download the said file it crashes again in under 1 minute. Currently there are 5 people connected to the same switch and if they download files it works just fine. It only crashes when I download anything. So I don't really understand what the problem is or what can I do to fix it, where do I even start looking for a problem.Browsing and watching movies online doesn't crash it, or playing online games.
Things I've done after searching the internet for similar problems:
netsh winsock reset catalog
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log
Disable SNP in Windows 7 by setting Registry as following:
