Motherboard: Asus Rampage II GENE

Ram : GSKILL 16GB (2x8GB) RipjawsX DDR3 2133MHz CL10 Dual Kit Ram

Processor : Intel Core i7 @950 3.07 Ghz

I just bought this rams and i running them 1600/1800 mhz becasue my motherboard doasn't support 2000 MHZ. Anyway my processor is 90c while gaming. When normal, its 55-65. I know its not normal but what's cause of this problem ?

I got only intel's default cooler.

I didn't removed.

Never EVER overclock stock cooling, you are damaging your CPU. Drop to stock and get an aftermarket cooler before trying again!

I bet you knocked one of the pins loose on the stock cooler, push on opposite sides of the cpu on two pins at a time and see if one snaps loose. I bet when you were taking out or putting in the new memory it got knocked loose, if you're running ram at those speeds there is no reason its putting that much stress on your cpu.
