I've been using the stock intel fan for quite awhile now and it's getting kinda noisy so I wanna replace it.

Before you go around suggesting Hyper 212X, my case only allows CPU coolers up to 155mm while the Hyper 212X is 158mm. So that's clearly out...
I've been looking at the GeminII M4 but I have a concern. Will the cooler block the RAM slots on my MATX board (GA-B75M)? I'm using the Gskill RipjawsX RAM.

The other two possible candidates are Hyper TX3 EVO (quite cheap but 92mm fan) and maybe even the Seidon 120V. Any other good alternatives?

I am of the opinion that Noctua makes some of the best coolers. Have a look at this: http://www.noctua.at/main.php?show=productview&products...

Thermalright True Spirit 120M

Zalman products are also pretty good. Most of their solutions are around 152mm.
