Right, so you have 20 amps on the +12 volt rail, the requirements for the 7770 is 19A and a 500W psu minimum you are 1 amp up, this could be conflicting with your PSU since you only have 1 more amp than the requirements which is concerning

Did you have a graphics card in the computer before installing the 7770?

Are the fans running on the Graphics Card when you boot up the computer?

Is the VGA or DVI cable plugged into the motherboard or the actual Graphics Card?

Make sure that the 6 pin power connector is plugged into the Graphics Card

Could you please give me the exact Power Supply model, if the computer is an OEM computer then it most likely has a cheap power supply in it, if you don't know the model then could you tell me how many amps you have on the +12 volt rail, this is listed on the Power Supply Unit

Yes it was the old PSU not supporting the GPU i didint have 6 pin connector on the old PSU so the GPU wasnt was able to givme a picture, i just bought a new PSU Elite Power 400W which has the 6 pin, and givme totally new pc work rather than the old which was noisy as plane engine. So this problem is Solved.

Thank you for your time.
