confusion with the molex connectors in my new case

Hi. So I have the same case as this guy here ( https://forums.robertsspaceindustries.com/discussion/71383/molex-power-button ) , a Rosewill Galaxy 01.

This is the male connector that is the power for the whole module. I guess I'll plug it on a power supply cable and everything will be fine.

This one though, I have no idea what to do with it. Attached to it is a 3 pin connector (connected to the mobo), and it goes up to the front fan. I have no male connectors with my power supply, so where do I connect it? Do I need to?

Second one you do not need it is an optional connection, the fan is connected with the 3 pin fan connection.
