Are EK Nickel-Plated Waterblocks Safe?

I'm planning a build and was drawn to the EK waterblocks because of their aesthetics. Then I read about (and saw) the crappy job they did plating them. Has the quality increased? I would like to run blue coolant in my loop(s), but I am worried that this may cause corrosion/void my warranty. Has anyone experienced corrosion problems with newer EK waterblocks, specifically the EK-FC670 GTX for the Titan and the EK-Supremacy Clean CSQ for CPUs. I'd like a clear block to show the coolant and I am going with a blue color scheme so copper doesn't really fit in. Could anyone recommend alternatives that look clean and function (preferably nickel)?

I also like the EK blocks for the GPU because they have those SLI bridge pieces. I am running a 4-way SLI (for rendering), so please no "You don't need them there 4-way titans" posts :D. As you can probably tell, I have a budget to match my Graphics Cards, anything goes. Also, don't worry about room, as I am planning to buy a Cross Desk case :).

Overall build cost will hopefully be around 10k

Thanks,

GBK

My build totals to 23.2 k right now. I figure I may as well go the whole nine yards and get the Desk as well. I also plan on installing a second system (server) once I get that planned as well.

kk. XD

I'm still working on some components, but I have most picked out and in the desk already, so no buildlog up to this point. I will post a few pics of the final design, though. Depends on if I can get it done before I go on vacation.
