After a long 5 days, of getting spare parts, reinstalling windows and doing basicly everything over my pc finaly seems to work, to some degree. Now this is more a luxery issue then anything else but this is what my pc desktop looked like: http://puu.sh/52RlK.

The problem is in the distance inbetween shortcuts and the distance between the border/taskbar and the shortcuts. Making the shortcuts bigger doesn't solve this issue and I was wondering if anyone on these forums might know.
Windows 7, home premium edition.
Ps, The deleted shortcut symbols are something i did myself, but I will have to redo that.
