Hi everyone, I appreciate any help you might be able to provide.

Here's the background. I was trying to create a backup of my system partition using Redo, and I wanted to save it to my 3TB Seagate expansion drive, but the drive wasn't available as an option.

Wondering it there was something wrong with it, I downloaded HD Tune (free version) and performed an error check. It said 100% damaged blocks and only detected the drive as having a 375GB capacity.

So I downloaded SeaTools, and the drive information is returning odd results (like saying basically every feature, including SMART, is not supported). However, it passed all of the basic tests including the long generic.

I also got CrystalDiskInfo and checked Windows disk management, both of which also say the drive is healthy.

By all outward appearances, it seems fine too--I'm reading and writing to it with no problem other than it doesn't work with my USB 3.0 ports, which I think is a separate issue.

That said, I can't shake the concern about the Redo/drive information/HD Tune results. Any idea what might be going on?

1) What version of windows are you running? 32 or 64 bit?
2) that 375GB you sure thats what windows is saying as the FULL drive capacity or just a partition?
3) When you open crystal disk info what does it say about the drive? Size, model number ect (I swear by CDI FYI lol I love how it can read smart info though some raid cards and even though USB hard drives)
