Is MSI 97A G46 better or ASRock 970 extreme 3

Hello I'm gonna buy a new comp in India soon mainly for gaming I was wondering if the msi 97a g46 mobo is good or would the asrock 970 extreme 3 be better my rig:

Radeon hd 7770 2gb gddr5
Corsair vs 550 w psu
8 gb corsair ram or rip jaws 2 x 4 which is better??
Amd fx 6300 CPU.

I will also be OCIng a little bit since I am new to it.

Extreme3 is MILES better. The MSI 970 chipset boards are all junk.

msi board better 1600mhz can run the asrock extreme 3 can only use 1333mhz without occing look at asrock website the star means occ

also i have had 2 of the asrock extreme 3 boards both dead on arrival 1 with bad pci port and 1 that kept looping threw bios before crashing and dieing

asrock are basicly junk

i would trust msi as i have used msi and gigabyte in a few builds both boards are fine just certain msi boards like the p series is junk

corsair vengence low profile ram is better due to being lower as the normal corsair vengence heatsinks are to huge.
