My internet bandwidth is 2 mbps .
My usual download speed is 240 kbps and upload speed is about 100 kbps.
A couple of weeks ago my download speed reached till 1.6/1.7mbps and upload speed stayed the same.
But now my max download speed is 240 kbps but upload speed reaches 2.9 mbps. And during the period the upload speed increases, my download speed becomes 100 kbps or less. And changing the settings doesn't help, even if I set my my upload speed as 1kbps in bittorent, The speed increases to 2.9 mbps.
Why is this happening ? Any way to increase my download speed ?? Thanks a lot.
