None, the K version will allow you to overclock though. Benchmarks have proven a very very small difference between a 3770 and 4770, if the 3770 is cheaper get that, if you prefer the Z87 chipset then get a 4770.
Is there any difference between 3770k, 3770, and 4770 in gaming performance?
i think the haswell chips are better for gaming (no personal experience) thats the 4770. The 3770 and 3770k are both solid, one generation older though so idk if the socket has changed. The k just means its unlocked and it can be overclocked. Id say gear towards the future and get a 4770 :]

The 3770K is overclockable and will perform better than the 3770 and 4770 when overclocked. It also leaves room to get beefier graphics cards, as you won't need to worry about bottlenecking the CPU.
I concluded that @ stock state 4770 is slightly better but the difference is very very small. Actually they are all nearly the same at stock state. Right?
I'm not attracted by H87 mobos, I found some of really good mobos for H77 like ASUS-P8H77-V but there is not such a mobo for H87. If there is, please make some suggestions for H87 or even for H77.
You can get a cheaper Z87 that is quite a bit better than the Asus P8. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z87g43gaming
Sorry that was my mistake. I meant H87 not Z87 and yes there are great choices for Z87 but I'm not going for that as I'm not doing any overclocks. BTW that's a nice mobo but seems anemic in VRM.
