Its ok 40-50 FPS with 770 on ultra BF4?
Can I have more fps?

CPU: Intel Core i7-950K 3.07GHz (8)
MoBo: GIGABYTE X58A-UD3R
RAM: 2x gigabyte gbb36x (12GB)
GPU: GeForce GTX 770 4GB GIGABYTE
1920x1080

Solution
40-50 fps isn't bad at all on ultra. but if you need more you can always pick up a second card and sli. GTX 770's in sli will blow away a titan. Otherwise, can you return it? might be an option.

I have an Fx 8350 OC'ed to 4.5 as of right now, using a Radeon Hd 7870 (which should be several models below the 770), and on BF4 ultra 1080 P I get around 45-70 fps, at least according to FRAPS.

I'd say something is bottle necking his system. With my gpu OC'd I get over 60 fps sometimes jumping up to 80 but never below 60.

What is going on when you get those framerates. If you are sitting at the spawn you will get much higher frame rates than in a 64 person firefight with explosions.

Overall complete match never drops below 60, as I said. Spawn or sitting im around 90 if not higher, menus for some reason im either at 30 or 45, and not much going on in a menu. And not sure if my gpu is bottlenecked as msi afterburner says 90% usage and never goes higher, was at 85% before OC. But ive got good numbers, smooth play, no worries. And that's on a lower end graphics card, so my point is that he might be getting limited somewhere if my inferior is surpassing him.

Yes I can return it, but I was looking on some reviews and the shop advised me to buy this 770. I will consider SLi.

If you don't like dropping below 60fps just turn off MSAA. You will notice a tiny bit of difference in the sharpness of the image but you gain around 15 - 20 FPS and overtime you will get used to the rough edges. I am using an Asus GTX 680 DirectCU II Top which is basically Identical to a GTX 770 and I was getting 50 - 80FPS until I turned off MSAA. I now get around 75 - 120 on most maps except for Guilin Peaks and Altai Range which are terrible optimized.
