I am torn between the those 3 cases. Which one should I get?

It will be housing the following components:
Sapphire Radeon R9 270x Dual-X Boost
Intel Core i5 4670K 3.4 - 3.8 GHz
Asus Z87 PRO
Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB DDR3 1600 CL9 X 2
Sandisk Extreme II 240GB SSD
Seasonic X650
Coolermaster V8 GTS
WD Black 2TB HDD
Liteon 24x SATA

I am leaning more on the Cosmos SE because of the dust filters (corsair doesnt have the lower front dust filter).
What do you guys think?

Cases are personal preference. What are your thoughts on each case? Please state what you like and dislike from each case. And then state what is the most important thing to you when it comes to cases. I can help further from there.

Dust filters
That is the most important thing that matters to me when it comes to cases.

Cosmos se has lots of filters all over it but it is not that roomy compared to the other ones. Another thing that I dont like with the Cosmos SE is the design fo the front intake mechanism. I am not sure if I can remove the caddies on the bottom so that i can move the drive cages lower to get the most of the 2 intake fans.

Obsidian 750D has a good design and quite minimalist (for me). If only it has a dust filter on the bottom (near the front panel) then it would be perfect. The case is also easier to work on since it is way bigger than the Cosmos SE.

The trooper is not that good when it comes to dust proofing since it only features side panels with mesh.

One thing that can help the Trooper is if you buy the windowed side panel. Otherwise, the side panel has NO dust filtering, but the side panel is magnetic so you can buy magnetic dust filters for the side panel. I own a Trooper for over a year and the only thing I've done in terms of dust management is buy those magnetic dust filters from Silverstone and do a weekly brush up on the front panel covers and the magnetic dust filters to clean them. I occasionally, every few months, I remove each front clip and clean the inside for dust. But overall, tiny specs of dust gets in but nothing big. I haven't cleaned the inside once and it's hardly dusty. I see a spec here and there but it happens in any case.

The clear side panel version is not available in my country. How many of those filters did you buy?

Three. They line up perfectly across the holes in left side panel. The right side panel doesn't need it. But yeah, it works great!

I've looked at the Obsidian 750D case in a store but the Trooper has a more solid rugged style, which I like. It looks very durable and strong. And the top handle is incredibly useful.

Based on the reviews I've read, I would buy the 750D. The Cosmos SE falls short with little things that make for an easier, more effective build. The Storm Trooper is not as modular as I would like. The 750, for me at least, stri!ex all the right notes. Also as a simple matter of taste, I like the minimalist design. That from a guy who thinks the Cosmos II is one of the most beautiful cases made.

I just bought the trooper yesterday. It sure was difficult closing the right side panel probably due to bad cable management. I had the store assemble it for me so there's nothing I can do with that. I am planning to get my hands on those magnetic filters. Do you mind uploading some pictures of your panels with those filters?

I don't have them anymore. I purchased the windowed side panel. I originally did but I swapped it out. I was only stating that you can buy the magnetic filters in case you didn't want to get the side window.

As for closing the side panel, yeah it can get difficult, but it's pretty easy to re-work everything so it is nice and tidy. Use some zip ties or velcro ties.

one last question, do you also have dust filters on the front panels?

No; the front panels already have them. There is a layer on the inside of each. Periodically, you will want to remove each one and clean the inside of them, but cleaning the outside once a week is recommended, or twice a week if you live in a very dusty environment.
